Digital Media Design for Learning
My Master's thesis was a design for a digital story-telling application for refugee children to develop early literacy skills in a fun and creative way.

As a proof of concept for my Master's thesis project, I developed this video. Patama is a flexible storytelling platform that allows refugee children abroad to learn from crowd-sourced, culturally specific materials, created my their peers already resettled in the US.
Usability Theory & Practice
To improve my usability research game, I took a class at Pratt Institute's School of Information. I developed reports using the cognitive walkthrough method, heuristic evaluation, remote user testing, and finally a client-based user testing session.
